We take pride that our products are hand crafted right here in the USA. Chad Warwick personally stands behind the quality and workmanship of his mask. Defender Goalie Masks and Chad A. Warwick warrants its products to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.

Most importantly Chad Warwick guarantees your 100% satisfaction with the fit and finish of you goalie mask. If it doesn’t fit, please call 303-720-1741 and tell Chad so he can make it right. He will pay for shipping back to the shop, make the changes and pay to ship it back.

 

What’s not covered?

Cages will bend and they will need to be replaced – when they bend, it’s time to buy a new one.
Due to the cost of custom paint – I can’t cover it. Even if my product fails, I can’t be responsible for custom paint. This may see unfair, but I just can’t be responsible for custom paint.

Goalie mask bag – they will wear down and need to be replaced.
I’m a fair and reasonable guy. If you think something isn’t right, let me know and I’m sure we can work it out.

 

Shipping

I charge $25.00 for shipping in the USA sent priority via US Postal 2 – 3 day insured. If you want a different delivery method – no problem. I’ll quote anything you want. Outside of the US, I’ll have to quote you based on the destination. If I ship to Europe, once it leaves my shop, it’s your responsibility. I can’t be responsible for lost international shipments.
